Small Drip

Every morning I get a false alert about a small drip. Tech support has looked into and altered the algorithm yet it continues and they no longer respond. I have also had WiFi connectivity reliability issues on a solid professional grade network. Disappointed given the spend.

Hi G, We’d love to help you get to the bottom of that small drip and determine what is causing it. If you’ve already isolated your main fixtures (sinks, toilets, appliances) and passed the health test with those sealed off, then its likely that the drip is behind a wall somewhere.
